Artist's Comments

This was taken at the Stop Bush Rally/Apec Protest/etc. on the 8th of September, 2007.

I didn't think much of this photo at the time but I'm quite happy with it. A scuffle had broken out to the right and everyone ran to get a better look...all except for this little girl. I believe that's her mom in the background.

Full view please =]

You have taken a great shot! I like how the b&w turned out, and the fact that the little girl is the only one who is looking in camera adds a lot to the photo...and her gaze...she is a tough one! :+fav:

Its great how this shows the difference between adults and children. The girl couldn't care less about the protest and quite probably thinks everyone involved is a little crazy =P

The person on the right looks like John Lennon.....

I guess it's almost a tad sad to think that her indifference won't still be with her during her adulthood. Then again, bad things happen when good people don't do anything so iono..
Thanks for dropping by =]

I guess I really was leaning towards the whole, seeing it from a child's eyes. Where you don't actually see it at all and all the adults are running around frantic.

Sometimes there are things that aren't worth fussing about. But definitely there needs to be more action on behalf of the good people in the world.

Was a pleasure to stop by =)
